 So I created a layout (yay!) featuring a lot of Elle's Studio (that I got at Paper Issues!) and some fabulous flair and chipboard from UmWow Studio! I've been really into using flair and chipboard/wood veneers in my scrapbook layouts lately so this "issue" has been really fun for me! I also used some new developed pics from Persnickety Prints - I'm loving their 3x4 Polaroid option!

yes, I'm still around.

Barely.

It's summer and, quite honestly, the last thing I want to do is spend time in front of a hot computer typing the day away at the end of my day.

But I do miss blogging sometimes.

I thought I'd pop in with a layout I created a while ago - I shared it on Instagram and possibly my via my You Tube channel, but I can't remember.

Call it old age.

Here it is:

I had a couple of metallic prints printid via Persnickety Prints (love!) and I used quite a bit from my stash. I was inspired by one of Glitter Girl's videos at the time.

Proud of myself for using:

- a stamp from one of Studio Calico kit add-ons
- some washi (this girl has too much of it!)
- sequins (ask me last year and I would have never thought of using any of that stuff on my layouts!
- two pictures from 2 different times (and M totally looked like how L looks now!)

Yay, another layout for the family scrapbook!

Meanwhile I'll just keep chugging away. :)

Whisker Graphics Project Life LO using Bitty Bags

Hi everyone!

It's been quite a busy summer but I'm still around and working away at my Project Life. I've been doing pretty good at it thanks to an all night crop I attended a few weeks ago and thanks to being on the Whisker Graphics DT for Project Life - just what I needed to stay on top of this neverending and ongoing, well, project. :)

This week I focused on incoprorating Whisker Graphics' Bitty Bags into my PL layout for week 26. I've seen the Little Bitty Bags used in PL layouts before since they're a perfect size for the 3x4 pockets, but I hadn't seen the larger bags used until I came across a post on Instagram (so I can't take all the credit for this idea! *lol*).

I thought it was pretty clever, so I wanted to share it with you all...

The larger bags are great for holding memorabilia that wouldn't normally fit in one of the PL pockets and they're also great for holding extra photos of events that you want to keep together, but don't necessarily want display!

Lots of fun and bright colors with my Project Life layout this week! And I'm so loving that half the year has gone by and I'm still going strong with this. :)
