I thought I'd try and get this blog moving again. I'm realizing that I have a ton of pictures of the food I've been cooking on my Instagram, but I haven't linked them up here yet. I might as well start now, right? I've got a lot of catching up to do!
Anyway, here's another cookie recipe I discovered. It's one that I found on a friend's blog. Find the original recipe HERE.
REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER CUP COOKIES
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cups packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 ounce size)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup Peanut Butter
1 bag Reese's mini Peanut Butter Cups
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sift together the flour and baking soda, set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and white sugar.
Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla.
Blend in the flour mixture.
Finally, stir in the Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto cookie sheets
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven.
Edges should be golden brown.

This recipe was AWESOME! I made them for our nephew's birthday party a few months ago and they were a hit! I mean, come on. Who doesn't love a good peanut butter cookie?
Peanut butter cookie + Reese's Peanut Butter Cup = total WINNER!
