Ahh, a new year... New resolutions... new goals... An opportunity to start all over again. But is it really?
I'm not good at keeping my New Year's Resolutions. Last year I had a huge goal of losing 10lbs. I bought new workout shoes, clothes, exercise videos and where did that get me? Nowhere. *sigh* So much for follow-through.
This year, my resolutions/goals list is simpler & easier. Wanna hear about it? Here it goes:
1. Go on 1 big vacation.
2. Go to Disneyland at least 2 times.
3. Celebrate M's 3rd birthday.
4. Complete 4 sewing projects.
5. Celebrate J's 5th birthday.
6. Go on at least 6 dates with my husband this year!
7. Create 7 projects using my Accucut.
8. Celebrate our 8 year wedding anniversary.
9. Try out 9 new recipes from my cookbooks.
10. Lose 10 pounds. Yes, I'm going for it again!
11. Read 11 books.
12. Complete Project Life 2012.
I have more resolutions in mind...
Crafty goals:
- Spend less on supplies. Use what I have.
- Get published.
- Open up my Etsy shop (finally).
Personal goals:
- manage our budget and money better.
- declutter.
- unpack the last of our boxes from when we moved. No more cardboard boxes!
- organize the garage
- organize the master bedroom retreat.
- meal plan consistently so we don't eat out as much!
- exercise. "move more, eat well" - as inspired by Cathy Zielske.
- stop worrying and freaking out about everything.
- curse less. (haha)
Well, I know this is quite the list... And I really am hopeful that I'm good with at least 50% of it! Maybe, if I remember, I can revisit this list from time to time and start checking stuff off.
What about YOU? What are your 2012 goals and resolutions? If you blog about them, leave me a comment with a link - I'd love to check it out!
Thanks for stopping by today... Wish me luck! :)
Wonderful list, BFF! keep at it!

Good luck with your goals! I like how you did them 1 thing, 2 times, etc.
