**I'm hosting a Birthday Blog Hop here on my blog! Go to THIS POST if you've missed it! Be sure to use InLinkz at the botton of that post - I'll be choosing a winner randomly from THERE - and NOT the comments section! See the post for full details! Today's the last day to hop!**
Hello everyone! Happy Sunday! :)
Ready for another Birthday Sundaes Challenge? This week's challenge is to create a Criss-Cross Birthday Card! Not sure what a criss-cross card is? Check out this You Tube video...
I kind of flubbed around with it, and I didn't follow the directions on the video exacly, but it worked out. *lol* Here's my finished card:
It was pretty challenging to get the card the way I wanted it, but I think it worked out...
Here's the insert/tag for the inside:
supplies: CS: orange, pink (Bazzill), white (Neenah); DP: Echo Park: stamps: Something Special Just for You (My Favorite Things); oval & petite scalloped oval Nestabilities (SU!); circle & scalloped circle punch (SU!); ribbon, Copic Markers
What do you think?
I think the criss cross card is pretty awesome. It's something to change up your way of thinking, "out of the box," per se. The card still fits in an A2 envelope so that's pretty awesome too!

Thanks so much for visiting today! Have a great week!

Cute image and I love how bright and colorful your card is! I also really like how you put the ribbon on top of the card to help you pull it out. I ended up punching a half hold through the back to help me get it out. I am loving criss cross cards!

Super cute! I love that image! I am glad someone else had a little trouble. It was easy in the end but I did have to watch the video a few times before I started and while I was doing it. lol
