Good morning everyone!!!
First let's get down to business! I have drawn the winner for my Birthday Blog Hop... And let me first thank everyone who participated - my crafty friends AND all of you who hopped along with us! I hope you all found inspiration and new blogs to follow! And thank you for following MINE! I hope I can keep you entertained! :)
Secondly, for some reason, on my post, InLinkz was not showing up every link... But I DID go back to the InLinkz site directly for my drawing. Instead of 22 participants there were 32! I also deleted duplicates, but left people who don't own blogs as well (you see them listed as "no blog" or "n/a."
Here is the screenshot of all the participants:
And here is the winner... *drumroll*
I swear I don't know what's up with the #16, but #16 is our winner! Yay for Sherrie K! Congratulations and I can't wait to see what you create with all your new goodies!
--------
And in other news... I scrapped again! :)
Super easy layout:
supplies: DP: My Mind's Eye; "drama queen" die (Silhouette); border punch (SU!); bling (Kaiser Scrapbook) pen (Copic)
I had big dreams for this 8x12 pic of M, but when it came down to it, I figured that I would just create a simplie layout. I had this MME paper I had been hoarding for a while so I thought I'd use it.
I also used my Silhouette for the first time in 2 years! I never used my Silhoutte before so it was all new to me. I had purchased it a couple years ago at a REALLY good deal. But I couldn't use it, because for a while, it wasn't compatible with Mac. Now it is! Yay!
But I'm not sure if I'm liking the Silhouette as much as my Cricut. Granted, I only made one cut using it, but still... It just doesn't wow me. I do like the fact that you can purchase individual SVG files... but there's something about Cricut cartridges that's so addicting. *lol*
Anyway, that's it for now. Praying that drop off at M's second day at preschool isn't as horrible as the first... That is another blog post! *lol*
Happy Monday!
Yeah...I am so excited to have won!! Thanks so much:)
I love your layout of your little peanut:) she is adorable..that picture is priceless. That's always tough when your not sure how there going to like school and they reach out like that for you BUT she'll adjust hopefully pretty quickly...

Haha! I had some excitement of my own picking my winner for my blog candy. I plugged my #s in before I copied the code, checked that my winner followed the rules (I.e., commented, followed each blog) & then when I tried to get the image of the box, it wouldn't give me the same #!! Oh well!
Your lo is so cute! Love the big pic of your drama queen. I still dunno if I'm going to buy one of these big cutting tool machines :)

Haha, I love your layout! Can't wait to see the projects you make with your Silhouette! Sometimes I look at the really cute SVGs out there and contemplate what it'd be like to be able to cut them. But then I come back to reality and realize that at this point, I'm blessed to have been able to afford my Cricut!

Love the bling on your die cut! :) I like both the Cricut and the Silhouette but I loooove that the Silhouette cuts so much sharper than the Cricut. The Cricut is easier for me to use though. :P
