Happy Birthday Ady! + a haul video

Good Morning, everyone!

I honestly don't remember how Ady and I "met". I think we met at the old messageboard that used to be Scrap In Style TV... Anyway, it doesn't matter how we met, just that we're friends now. We live on opposite coasts, but we still manage to be scrappy pals over these last couple of years. Wish we lived closer so we could scrap together ALL the time! :)

So yesterday was Ady's birthday and I wanted to send her a card. I had to time it just right and hopefully, she gets it in the mail today... I meant to send it on Tuesday so she could get it on her actual birthday, but I couldn't get to the mailbox in time. So with any luck she gets it today. (Ady, if you didn't stop looking now! *lol*)

I decided to use one of my newest TGF stamps Cheeky Mate from the Cheeky Cherry Collection. She may be one of my favorite images from TGF right now. She's super fun to color and I just love how she's just sitting there all sassy. :) I used mostly my old May Taylored Expressions Key Ingredients Kit and the sentiment is from PTI.

Your card is sooo cute! The coloring is awesome and I love that she's sitting in a window! I hope I'll get a b-day card from you for my bday, it's in Dec so you'll have a while.

I DON'T think you should send that album back! If they said keep it, then keep it! Again, don't know why I watch your videos! I should stay away from them! I need some Taylored Expressions, sadly I have like 160 cards I need to make first. Sigh...

Hi Jo, I haven't been blogging in a couple of days so I didn't see this post until now. I did however receive the card in the mail and I was jumping for joy when I opened it. My hubby was laughing at me because I kept saying she remembered... Thank you so much Jo, it's beautiful and I appreciate that you took the time to make it from me... I'm so happy that we met and that we've stayed friends over the years. You and Corinne are the bestest... My hubby just mentioned about taking a trip to California again next year so you never know if maybe we can meet up for lunch, pictures and shopping...
