It's amazing how much crafty stuff I can get done when I've got a whole day off and the kids and hubby aren't home.
But then again, the laundry doesn't get done, the house doesn't get cleaned, and the dishes don't get washed, but we have our priorities, right?
For weeks now I've been aching for some ME time. And thankfully, because of the gift of an unexpected night off from work (also known as an A Day), I got it! :)
I've been working on a whole bunch of cards and I can't wait to show you guys over the next few weeks. I'm really starting to find my groove again when it comes to crafting and I've discovered what working for me - I keep my most used supplies handy so that when the kids are napping I can color with my Copics or slap some cards together in an instant.
The problem is finding space for all of my stuff! I have my stamps and TE Key Ingredients kits in the hallway, my Nestabilities on the floor in the dining room, my Copics and some TE Key Ingredients kits and my Cuttlebug in the kitchen! Thank goodness for my understanding husband! *lol*
Anyway, here's the card I wanted to share with you today. It features one of the cutest little Sugarplums from the Spring Sugarplum Stamp kit from All that Scraps! I love her belly - it cracks me up (and it reminds me a little of me (and NO I'm not pregnant, I just have evidence of bearing 2 children. *lol*)
Let's just hope that this crafting groove keeps up! My next project is working on my daughter's 1 year birthday party invitations! Wish me luck!
Happy Tuesday, everyone! :)

CS: green, pink - Prism, Pure Luxury Ivory CS (Gina K.)

Girl, I can totally relate! I color when I'm pumping and make cards at night when the babe goes to sleep! Haha, did this mean you stayed up? Glad you got your groove back! Can't wait to see the invitations! Super cute cards-- great elements and her belly's sooo cute!
