my most difficult color...

I think my most difficult color to work with is purple... All shades and hues - purple is the one that gives me the hardest time.

A few weeks ago I had colored this Anya in purple and green and LOVED the way she turned out... But I really had a problem placing her on a card! I had no patterned paper that would "go" with it! So it sat on my desk for weeks and weeks (I'm not kidding!) and FINALLY I felt inspired to use it...

I would love to tell you the colors of Copics I used, but I can't remember. And I wish I could because I love how her hair came out! Darn!

It's also my submission for the Funky Flowers challenge at Anyone for Anya. :)

I had an issue with using flowers... You see, I realized I have a TON of Primas, but I don't have a lot of different colors! I may have to remedy that! *lol*

I love what I did with the button, ribbon, and linen thread. I got the idea from the FABULOUS Mercy Kerin, whom I notice does this a lot - I really love the look! I'm probably going to do this a lot more often on my cards!

Very cute! I don't use purple very often either...and I think it's hard to photograph. Always comes out a bit weird for me. But you rocked this card!
