Hi everyone and Happy Halloween!
Wanted to stop by and share a new card I created...
supplies: CS: black (Bazzill), white (Neenah); DP: DCWV; digi stamp: Hallo Witch (The Greeting Farm), sentiment: SU!; ink: Tuxedo Black (Memento); word window punch, modern label punch: SU!; fence punch: Martha Stewart; Copic Markers, Dimensional Adhesive
I made this card a little over a week ago but had this image colored for a while - I just didn't know what to do with it at the time! I'm glad I waited because I ended up with a perfect card. :)
I still have to work on coloring red hair so if anyone has any Copic color combos, leave me a comment, will ya?

Anyway, we just got back last week from a 3 day trip to Disneyland! I didn't mention anything on my blog because, well, I'm quiet about stuff like that when it comes to the world wide web. Anyway, we went on our trip and needless to say, the kids were both sick for most of it. :( I would have canceled it altogether, but we had tickets for Mickey's Halloween Trick or Treat Party and they were non-refundable! I hate wasting money!
So we just took our time and made it work. We didn't ride everything we wanted to, but that's ok. The kids enjoyed themselves nonetheless.
I'll post more pics soon...
But for now, here are a couple of pics of them in their Halloween costumes:
I brought J's 2 costumes from home - Iron Man and Super Mario. On the day of the Trick or Treat Party, it was cold and both costumes were really thin. I saw this outfit at one of the stores and had it in mind as a replacement. I ended up buying it - it was the last one in his size and the LAST ONE in the store! How lucky were we! He ended up loving it and he plans to wear it when we go ToTing around our neighborhood tonight...
Ahh, Princess M.... She was so excited to finally be Snow White! I bought this costume for her MONTHS ago and knew it would be perfect. She's still too young to pick her costume, but I knew this would be THE ONE for her. She LOVED wearing her costume around Disneyland. And when we watched the parade, she was SO HAPPY when Snow White waved at her!
It was a perfect day...
And we took home 8.2lbs worth of candy from Mickey's Halloween Party. WOOT WOOT! :)
Have a wonderful and safe Halloween tonight, everyone! It's my kids' first time trick or treating so this really should be interesting... (last year they were sick. The years before that, they were too young!).
Thanks for stopping by! :)
