I had to make a card for J's classmate who was having a birthday party and I needed to put something together really quick. Yay for images I've already colored!

I totally C.A.S.E'd it, except for the sentiment.
Here's my take on it:
I used Paper Smooches' Eco-Friendly stamp set (LOVE!) and Copics. Yay for a Clean and Simple one layer card!

So my hubby loved his card! He was really impressed with the Glossy Accents on the banner. He was like, "How did you get it to look like that?" hahaha

I made this card for my dear FIL whose birthday is today!

Had a great time with the card and I totally stepped out of my box! I love the way it turned out!

Hi everyone!
Let me just say I'm on a serious ROLL with my crafting and making cards lately! I'm even surprising myself with how much I'm getting done!
I've realized that what works best for me is to take a look at CHALLENGES first before I make a card. And then if I have an event that is coming up that I need to make a card for, I think about if I can incporate the challenge in the card. (You'll see what I mean in the next few days with the cards I'm going to share here)...
Here's one of the cards I made this weekend:

Hi All!
It's been a while since I've posted a card for a challenge so I scoured my Google Reader (anyone else sad that this service is going AWAY?!) and looked for something that caught my eye.
So I made this card:
(supplies: CS: kraft (Neenah), Solar White (Neenah), DP: Basic Grey Serendipty, Copics, Sweet Treat Cups (SU), candy dots (Pebbles), dimensional adhesive, Teacher Anya & die cut sentiment (The Greeting Farm))
This little cutie Teacher Anya has been sitting in my craft area colored and ready to go for MONTHS! It took me a while to finally use her... AND Since this week's Farm Fresh Friday Challenge at The Greeting Farm is all about movement, I thought I'd create a little shaker card using those Sweet Treat Cups I had been hoarding from when I was an SU demo (years ago!). Yay for using my stash!
This card was really fun to make - I really think I'll be making more of these treat cards more often! :)

So I have a scrapbook layout to share!
You may remember these pictures of J & M from 2011 when they loved to keep me company in my craft room. J was about 4 1/2. M was about 2 1/2. They were so tiny then!
So these pics have been laying my stash for while and I felt inspired to scrap them! Also I've been hoarding/collecting so many trendy products that I had yet to use them - So yay for using stuff in my stash!

Hey everyone!
Just thought I'd pop in with a couple of quick and easy cards I made this week using some adorable Paper Smooches stamps. I said it in one of my videos, but I really do have a serious stamp crush on them. They make the CUTEST stamps which make for the CUTEST cards!
And I made this one after one of my work shifts this weekend.
I was feeling crafty and I actually got home at a reasonable hour in the morning so I spent about 15 minutes making a quick card. :)
AANNNNDDDD, I used stamps that I haven't used before! Both cards feature sets I've never used... and the aqua embossing powder in the first stamp is new as well! Yay for using my stash!

Hi All!
Before the month is over, I thought I'd share the quick little gift I made for J's Kindergarten teacher and 2 teacher's assistants:
I can't take ALL the credit! I got the idea a few years ago from a friend who got it from Pinterest. And the best part is that it's a FREE printable found HERE.
I sized it 1/8" smaller on all sides before printing. I also printed on photo paper so that I could mount on a 5x7" piece of cardstock. I had J write his name before sending them off to his teachers with the gift card inside.
I'm sure they received so many Starbucks coffee gift cards, but I'm betting ours turned out the cutest. :)

Hi everyone!
I'm so super excited to finally let the cat out of the bag and announce that I've been ask to join the amazing DT over at Whisker Graphics! *cue the applause*
I'm EXTRA excited because I was asked to work specifically with Project Life layouts. Ok, work with awesome and fun product AND work on my Project Life layouts? Hello?! That's a win-win for ME! *lol*
Anyway, here's the left side of my Week 16 layout. (Out of respect for the families of my kids' friends, I'm refraining from sharing the right side because it's so photo heavy with school events.)
I incorporated a little accent piece of Blue Solid Divine Twine on one of my journal cards - I really love how you can add twine to layouts (not just Project Life ones!) and it doesn't greate that much bulk.
I also love different ways I can incorporate journaling - labels are my favorite! So I used a couple of Scrolly Square Labels (in Dark Pink and Aqua), and added them to my pic and journaling card.
